Who is yoga suitable for?
Yoga is suitable for everyone - all ages and abilities, but please contact Tessa in advance if you have an injury or a medical condition from the list below. It doesn't necessarily mean you can't attend a class but certain postures may need to be modified.
If you are (or think you could be) pregnant or have a serious condition a general class may not be suitable - again please contact Tessa to discuss.
